Introduction of Hayley Garner, BCHS Carlisle Branch Manager

“I started with the Carlisle Branch in January 2019 as a Territory Account Manager and was promoted to Branch Manager a few months later in April. Since then, I’ve carried out the dual role of Branch and Sales Manager, as well as supporting the Warehouse Team. No two days are the same at Carlisle. One day I could be on a site visit with a customer and the next day I could be picking and packing in the warehouse! We’re a small team, but everyone plays their part.”

Hayley is also the company lead for Culture Club, which embeds our company values across all departments of the business., boosting awareness of cultural and local events whilst boosting morale across the company. Her team has been involved in several Culture Club activities, as well as supporting our charity partner, Emmaus UK, with stock donations and fundraising events, such as Wear it Green Day and World Homeless Day, with proceeds going towards Mental Health and Homelessness charities respectively.
